Cnotes ("we", "us") provides a web-based application for organizing meeting notes, calls, and contacts. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at cnotesioapp@gmail.com.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you store in Cnotes for advertising.
We do not access, view, or use the content you store in Cnotes (such as your notes, contacts, meetings, calls, and tables) except when strictly necessary to operate the service, provide support that you specifically request, or comply with a legal obligation. We never sell your data, and we never use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
Note: your content is stored on our cloud infrastructure (see below) and is therefore technically accessible to us as the service operator. We commit to only accessing it for the limited reasons described above.
To run Cnotes, we rely on trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf:

Your data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. We apply access controls so that you can only access your own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Account settings). When you delete your account, we permanently remove your data from our active systems, including your account record and all content you created (contacts, meetings, calls, notes, tasks, and tables). This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
After deletion, some information may persist temporarily in routine system backups before being automatically overwritten, and we may retain limited records where required by law (for example, payment and tax records held by our payment provider).
Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage and delete your data directly within the app, or contact us at cnotesioapp@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
Cnotes uses your browser's local storage to keep the app working (for example, to remember your session and store data locally for offline use). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Cnotes is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
